TMT and Age

Is what HEALTH says in their song The Message, an obvious statement of the gilded nature  of aging— with the finality of death ever creeping up as it increases. What it seems to me is people largely live with their Erotic Crystallization Intertia stuck at a stage in life…

I meet people quite regularly who ultimately conclude to, ‘avoid it if possible’. Well, Peter Pan himself even grows up, hence the masterpiece of a film that is Hook. Overall it’s hating the innate and its blatant terror management theory.

TMT is the human instinct of self preservation having a distaste for being reminded of its own mortality and the avoidance of such thoughts and interactions. People fear death, not the process of age necessarily. People fear the ailments, as they bring possible demise… but aside the age that’s any other day.
