do we love our God?
pocket, he ways in heavy
gun in hand, steady
fire when ready
a click is a loading chamber
rounds a like number
smaug shoots flames into a slumber
a void man-made
eternally infinite and limited
a tomb of open-source encryption
nudity, views and obsessions
do we love our God?
Data is deist, indifferent
panthiestically consistent
Antisocial media sets us free!
silver clear blue screen
entertain to detain
thought is a derailed train
everyday, more of a strain
cthulu's latest tendril
in a small, digital cathedral
do we love our God?
god is a plentiful mistake
cybernetically he keeps us awake
an endless dream
streaming hyperreality
lazarus was MTV
lazarus is NME
can't we just be?
programmed propaganda
with ecstasy and interweb revelry
a modern babel, so vast and unstable
the internet is an actualized fable
do we love our God?
