hmm, maybe.

In an interview released 10.30.2025 with the podcast Doomscroll, Grimes asserts that the decline of fear of cancellation is a factor in bolstering a coming creative renaissance. 

Maybe. 

While it could do numbers for someone not financially sound, what she refers to is of her area. And on some level it won’t go away, cancellations is almost eternal on some level. People need a scapegoat, space ghosts. But, with the vodevil aspects of what a creative renaissance would should entail, we’ll see.
